if you choose the Starter version, you will build the bot. If you choose the Pro or Enterprise offer, a chatbot expert will build your chatbot. The setup fees are 2000€ / chatbot with the Pro offer and 8 000€ / chatbot for the Enterprise offer.

The minimum commitment period is 6 months for the Starter offer, and 12 months for the Pro and Enterprise offer.

Before starting, Vizir experts will check your usecase. They’ll identify your recurring topics, the API connectors to be configured, and how to deploy the chatbot. 

If you want to test the solution through a POC, we advise you to subscribe to the Starter or the Pro plan for a period of 6 months. The budget is fixed, and you will have enough data to decide what to do next.

If you want to deploy several chatbots in your organization, you will need to subscribe to a license per chatbot. If you purchased a first Enterprise license, you will get a 50% discount on the next licenses (Pro and Enterprise). If you purchased a Pro chatbot, you will get a 50% discount on a new Pro license. Ex: first chatbot enterprise at 2800€ / month, 2nd chatbot enterprise at 1400€ / month, 3rd chatbot pro at 500€ / month. Attention: setup fees apply for each new chatbot!
