Setting up a Misunderstanding skill

How to set an error message when the chatbot does not understand the user’s intent.

To configure an error message, you will need:

Create a “No Understanding” skill + a resource with your error message.

We advise you to add a “back to menu” and “create a ticket/contact an advisor” button…

Activate the skill of not understanding.

Go to: Skill> Advances> Activate “Skill “Misunderstanding”

Set skill with intent "Intent_not_understood":

NLU> Configuration> Add a Setup> Select “_intent_not_understood_”> To validate

NLU > Certainty Score:

By default it is 0.5 which is rather low, we advise you to set it at least to 0.7

Train your NLU and publish your chatbot
