You have now created your four skills.
To edit the skill click on the little pen in front of the Intro skill
Choose the skill type Scenario

Nommez cette ressource Intro
Editez la ressource en cliquant sur le petit stylo.
A droite de votre écran écrivez le premier message que le chatbot va écrire.
Vous pouvez copier / coller le message suivant si vous êtes un peu feignant 😄

To do this, activate the option Enable answer suggestions.
Add two buttons and name them FAQ and Ticket. This is what you should see on the right of your screen.
To connect the FAQ button with the FAQ skill, click Add a logic and choose the FAQ feature.
Repeat the operation with the Ticket button.
