Add your chatbot skills

Once your first chatbot is created, the first best practice is to create your chatbot’s skill set from the start. This allows you to structure your thinking, and it simplifies the rest of the work.

For your first chatbot we will create 4 skills:

  1. A first skill that will welcome your users. We’ll call it Intro
  2. A 2nd which will serve as a menu whose purpose is to redirect to the following two skills. We’ll call it Menu
  3. A 3rd which will present content in FAQ mode. We will call it FAQ .
  4. A 4th which will allow the user to create an action. This will be the creation of a request which will then be sent to you by email. We’ll call it Ticket .

Go to the Skills tab

Add the first skill and name it Intro. Then hit the Enter key on your keyboard. 

Repeat for the remaining three skills.
